To be honest with you, at first I thought it was kind of mind-game like an innuendo kinda thing which cooks up something in our head and then it would eventually manifest itself in the shape of an intended propagandish message such as VELAAYATO EDALAT. So I googled this Wilayato fellow, and he popped out of the bottle, as if he really existed...
