Sadegh Zibakalam, Professor of Political Science at Tehran University & close ally of Hashemi Rafsanjani is blasting President Ahmadinejad for ministerial "sacking," while Faramarz Fath Nezhad, Former Head of Iran's Interest Section in Washington, is arguing it is within the President's powers to make such ministerial changes and thus replacements are normal.
