Iran has 4.5 million disabled citizens (5.5% of the country), which was the reason for better laws and regulations for people who have diability. Also, every oraganization or company is required to give 3% to disabled employees and "sazeman behzisti," which means better life organization is helping to implement these laws to work with training and positioning diasbled in the right workplace.
