"DREAMS OF FREEDOM":

23 January 2010 would have been the 28th birthday of Neda Agha-Soltan, the Iranian woman who was shot and killed by the Iranian government on 20 June 2009. Her murder was captured on video and became a symbol for the Iranian government's brutality against its own citizens. There will be events around the world on this day to remember Neda.

In London, we will be gathering outside Press TV, the TV station run and funded by the Iranian government which has participated in the Iranian government's smear campaign against Neda and those who were with her during her last minutes.

A report about how Press TV tries to change the facts on Neda's death. This Press TV propaganda is in line with the continuous desecration of Neda beyond her death by the Iranian government and its forces: Neda was denied a proper funeral, her gravestone was removed, her portrait at the grave was shot at.
