Why are Dr. Kamyar and Arash Alai in Jail?

Dr Arash and Kamyar Alai have been in jail since June for planning to overthrow IRI.
These two brothers have been in the forefront of AIDS awareness in Iran and the region. Please watch this video of Dr. Kamyar Alai to get an idea what they have done for Iran.

Do you think IRI will stay silent knowing some one committed a fraud and keep it silent? while international community, NGOs, all human rights groups are pondering for their where about and asking for their release or their trial in court of justice (if there is any in Iran)? Are you sure you are not a brain washed individual?.
I am not defending anyone, but use your common sense.
FRAUD

And BBC is just exxagerating this situation. Just because they helped in field of AIDS, doesnt excuse the criminal fraudulent activities they did in Iran.
