Stepping out

We just got back from Iran. My husband Kourosh managed to break his ankle on his 2nd day in Paris before heading to Iran. He had surgery there, and decided to still make the trip to Iran, as his parents were waiting for us. We spent two weeks there -- mostly at home. I managed to get out here and there -- and went to Tehran one day for shopping. I put them all together in one album with photos mostly from Karaj.

I see stories in people's eyes.To me they tell stories of struggle, love, hope, hopelessness, sorrow, happiness and above all-human soul. I went back to Iran after many years (10 years to be exact) and I spent most of my time in Karaj/Gohardasht...so when I saw the pics of the places that I recognized, daaghe delam taze shod. Thanks for sharing the pictures. I loved every single pic.

the photos of the food and bread have to have one comment.... yummmmmmmm!
