لپه چندان دانه ی مطبوعی برای چنین کاری نیست

I remember my mum use to use Gandom for the sabzi, and it use to look very lovely and thick.:o)

by help (not verified) on Wed Mar 19, 2008 09:17 PM CDTDOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT IS THE BEST GRAIN OR BEAN TO USE TO MAKE SABZI AT HOME??? i always use lapeh (lentil) and i like the more thick grassy look.

that huge sabzeh was fantastic! I wish I knew how to grow sabzeh, this year there's been another sabzeh disaster in my house.
