Hi,

I remember my mum use to use Gandom for the sabzi, and it use to look very lovely and thick.:o)

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT IS THE BEST GRAIN OR BEAN TO USE TO MAKE SABZI AT HOME??? i always use lapeh (lentil) and i like the more thick grassy look.

I suppose if they wanted to go to big scale they could had used Ostridge eggs and big Japanese Koi fish

Considering how the IRI regime was trying to do away with Norooz and all the other ancient/non-islamic celebrations, this gigantic 7-sin must be the way to make a giant statement: more power to the people of Iran!

that huge sabzeh was fantastic! I wish I knew how to grow sabzeh, this year there's been another sabzeh disaster in my house.
