Here is my translation and I have a dictionary going on at the link below.  The dictionary is not limited to Hajiagha but it is named in his honor, like Webster's dictionary ;-)

 By the way Hajiagha, I think these cartoons are easy to understand, of course for those who follow the news. The cartoons are about people in Iran simply asking Ahmadinejad why just Columbia?  Sort of like we are polite to our guests but not to our own family.

most be so sharp and easy recognize by ant one ? = must be sharp and easily recognizeable by anyone

not spending an hours or ask artist what is this ? = not spending an hour or so trying to understand or ask the artist about it

good luck draw more but easy to understand for every one = good luck drawing more but try to make it make it easier for everyone to understand

some times the people they do not understand and they pretending they know = sometimes some people don't understand something but they pretend they do

Blue Background

White beard does not appear on white background paper, neither black hair on black background. There is no hidden message with the blue color. I have tried other colors and happened to like blue, but I am not bond by it. What color would you like to see?

The writing in front of the bus says “sherkat vaahed”, which is a Tehran municipality bus company. Most of their trade union leaders are in prison. Someone else translated the “thoughts” elsewhere. Thanks

What this cartoon series says to me is the great hypocrisy that Ahamadinejad happily seems to embody as one man echoing the hardline inside Iran who choose power over the truth. This series shows that Iran has many fundamental problems, (equality, lack of personal freedom, oppression), that are ignored and considered irrelevant by those in power. This is disrespectful. At least that is what I see in it. Mehdi wants a solution. Mehdi, the solution is freedom. The people in Iran must be given the freedom to decide collectively what they want, not be told by the religious clerics who are blinded by arrogant corrupt faith. They say, the dahati villager in Iran riding a donkey every day, is incapable of choosing his own fate and is a sheep that must be guided by a shepherd. They think everyone in Iran are sheep. Clerics think they are shepherds. Are we sheep?

I don't think we should put all blame on one person. There should also be a solution provided - it is easy to criticise but when no solution is provided, it is not very respectable. It is just destruction invitation with no construction.
