Christmas feelings

I love the Persian New Year celebration, even our very own British version of it! Still, New Year festivities outside Iran, even the most meticulously planed ones, fall short of many crucial elements (such as anticipation for the event). This is one of my excuses for actively seeking to experience the buzz of Christmas.
Am I being "kaaseh daaghtar az aash" or "kaaseh khaali az aash", I can’t tell. What I can tell is that Manchester’s Christmas markets are amongst the places where the Christmas feelings can be witnessed weeks before the event.
