by amirparvizforsecularmonarchy on Wed Feb 01, 2012 10:44 AM PSTIranians the wisdom to back the path of increasing Peace, Progress & Human Rights that was the epitome of the late Shahs years in power. The wise decision would have been to shun the lies, deceit and manipulation pushed on iran as political pressure against the monarchy by the west. Jeffersonian Democracy had a greater chance of coming in 1979 to Namibia in Africa than to Iran in the middle east. While democracy is the ideal to pursue we need to be honest about the best way to implement it over generations and should never go down this path again feeling that we have to give up our expanding freedom and developing justice as we enjoyed with the late shah.

by Bavafa on Wed Feb 01, 2012 08:11 AM PSTIt is remarkable to see how many of our young and bright brave souls are spending behind bars, just for practicing their basic rights. When a regime uses this type of tactic to silence its critique, it is obvious that the end is near.
Meanwhile we all need to support for a sustained campaign for the immediate and unconditional freedom of all these young and beautiful souls.
My hats off to all of them, women specially for putting their country ahead of themselves.
'Hambastegi' is the main key to victory
