I welcomd the decision of George Osborne. Sanctions alone will not work but a complete oil embargo is necessary to root out the Islamic Republic cancer in Iran. Nothing short of military action will do to remove.this regime. Let this be a warning to all so-called opposition once the IR is removed the vacuum of power will be filled by the MEK unless you have a credible alternative. On the one hand you have mad jeppe meli Mosadeq loving nationalists who have their head stuck in the past; a weak and inefffextive Green movement whose leader is under house arrest; and a weak willed pretender to the throne whose neither has thr backbone or the courage to show leadership. In action is not an option. This regime is going to collapse and its only a question of when and not if. This is time for Iranians to embrace change and an oportunity to embrace change and a new horizon. Act quickly to.prevent the MEK from from occupying that seat of power. If it does then the blame will fall squarely on the disjointed, confused and sineless opposition.
