for sure this (iri's funniest home videos) is a way of showing contempt for the government.  there are other ways such as khamenei threatening to remove option of "election" for presidency, appointing ministers to the government against the iri "constitution, and so on...

now, where will that leave us?

شاید هم ترسید که ترکیب "دولت پاینده" را استفاده کند. آفرین به لرها که نشان دادند برای دولت آخوندی تره خرد نمی کنند. لر مذهبی هم پنجمین محال بختیاری است.

Even if all the Bakhtiari people were offered free pina coladas and a chelo kebab they still would not have turned up. 

The man has no credibility left. He does not have an honest bone in his body. He has even alienated the poor and social underclass who rallied around him.  Iranians would be happy to get rid of this fool once and for all.
