     So  it is OK if you write a letter of grievance (Arizeh) and drop it in the sewage canal (Chahe fazelab) or toilet (khalla) . It will eventually be read by  Agha Imam-e-Zaman.

     Do not be surprised if you receive the response to your letter from his secretary "Roghiye bigom" , his office is awfully busy and understaffed .
