Takht e Soleiman

Largest pre-Islamic Zoroastrian center

The Zoroastrian Calendar

by alimostofi on

The Zoroastrian Calendar that I have has amazing pics of it.  It is called Takht-e-taghdis, or Atashkadeh Azargoshasp.

Iranians are waking up to the real Iranians. belately.  Better late than never.

Yes this was the world best building for thousands of years.  It actaully turned and observed the stars, and could shut itself from the world and survive.  The roots of Astronomy/Astrology were pretty much done here by what the Christians call Magi.  We know how people mistinterpreted all this to their own benefit.  People from the likes from Kartir to Salman Parsi.

But the scientific truth remains and its roots are too deep for most to see or ruin.
