as seen in this picture, this guy  (Haddad Aadel whom you quote) is buying beautiful dresses from one of the world's most expensive places, London.  i know there is nothing wrong with buying dresses for your wife.  this guy shouts "marg bar engilis" all the time and there is nothing wrong with shouthing "barg bar engilis" either.  but you can't help british economy by buying their goods and then at the same time keep shouting "marg bar engilis".  these guys have fooled you and many of our people unfortunately. our soldiers didn't give up their life for him and his friends to become rich and useless.  he (Haddal Aadel) is right about one thing, if it wasn't because of the blood of iranian martyrs he wouldn't be able to go shopping in London.

While previous administrations entertained the thought of eliminating the subsidies, none had the balls to actually push this real reform forward. ( here is the difference between leaders ).

Mahmoud, if you could meet me in-person, you would see right away I'm not the type that becomes rattled. Besides, I'm of no importance beyond my voting rights. I'm certainly not running for public office, so I'm free to speak my mind. And it's an open-mind. I'm capable of changing my views, and I'm not beyond making mistakes.

But I gotta say, among this more ignorant and close-minded crowd, that doesn't happen very happen. Which is a pity.

i completely agree with your post: VF is an insult to God. VF is against humanity and against God.  and thanks for your kind words.  all we need to unite is a small list of things such as a free iran where people chose their own destiny and that the rights of minorities are protected, whether religious minorities or ethinic minorities. we can have differences of belief and opinion and at the same time work together towards a same goal, ONLY IF we all believe in the concepts of freedom, respect and minimum human decency.  these values should be preserved or else we will never succeed, because iran is a multi-opinionated, multi-religious, multi-degrees-of-being-religious, multi-ethnic, multi-langual, multi-everything-you-can-thing-of.  so that is why we have to have a free society that understands respect and tollerence and acts upon these values.

Nobody could deny the great success!!! of the 10 years old IRI plan to combat the air pollution in Tehran. Not only people are now suffering from all kinds of diseases from the ever increasing pollution the regime does not say a word about the acid rains showering people on the rainy days. The AN (ALL NOISE) is trying to push everybody out of Tehran as a result except for himself and his gangs. We all therefore have to be patient for another 10 years to ripe the tasty fruits!!! of this revolutionary "economic plan!!!" of him. What is the rush???   

PS: And whatever happened to all his promises of prosecuting the corrupt elements of the regime like Rafsanjani & his gangs who have been ripping off people of their treasures for the past 32 years???? Any credibility????

Our more recent history is full of eras when we settled for "One Small Step" instead of totally fixing the wrong.   This time we must get it all right.   I Agree that VF needs to go - but more importantly the whole Islamic Republic needs to go - think about it - it is even more backward than VF.  How can you have a system that favors one religion.   Can we have a Lawyers Republic?  or a Republic of Mashhadi Iranians?  or any republic that favors one group over others?  Same applies to some leftist idiots who call for Hokoomat Kargari, etc......  Let's just get it right this time - not settling for anything less than perfect.   We have a great new generation, we have the internet and great communication - and we have suffered enough.

VF is an insult to God

When a man; any man (or woman) makes VF claims he insults God. What kind of person will claim to be speaking the word of God? A REAL prophet? Are there any? Is Khamenei God's prophet!! Of course not. Neither was Khomeini. We can argue about Jesus or Mohammad. But Islam says Mohammad was the last one. So it is inconsistent for a Muslim to claim to be God's prophet. Therefore Khomeini and Khamenei no nothing more of God's will than anyone else. 

If you believe in God then the whole VF concept is an offense. If you don't believe in God then you are just being a total lying hypocrite. My feeling is that neither Khomeini nor Khamenei really believe in God or they would not make such a mockery.

I like to salute Tabzir Balsi for being an honest and intelligent man. My opinion of Muslims have gone up a great deal from reading his posts. It proves we do not have to believe in the same thing to be decent people. Good for you Tabriz. Please keep posting. Someone needs to keep this people honest.

you don't think too much do you? because even if you thought for just five minutes you would start realizing that there is something deeply wrong with some one rulling over a country by the name of supreme leader that says he represents God on earth.  this is like first century stuff.  if we only got rid of the "velaayate fagh", we have taken a great step towards a better system, even everything else remains in place.. so now you know a better system, atleast one. why can't people elect their own leaders? you said before that iranians don't understand what freedom means... do you not know that iran has been fighting for freedom for the last 100 years starting with the constitutional movement?  they know exactly what freedom means to them.  they want their country to be run by people that have proven themselves to be skillful in their field rather than a person that has a longer beard. and you can't think of a better system???  come on man, think harder.  no one wants to be like US or Britin, iranians want Iran to be a free Iran, where people from all beliefs live side by side.  they did when shah was in iran, how come all the bahaie's and jews fled the country after the revolution? not all but most.  it is not the people that need education in freedom, it is the minority of people in charge that lie to stay in charge. no one has any excuse to support IR anymore unless you're bing payed by them.  i am against a blind revolution because i know people around the globe are waiting to turn iran into 7 different countries.  but i think iranians have started their silence revoltuion and day by day, with the help of God, i hope they gain new grounds.  if you are for a free and independant iran that respects differences of opinion then you are part of the movement towards a better iran.  if you are after some kind of a dictatorship, whether an islamic dictatorship or an anti-islamic dictatorship or any other kind of dictatorship then, i am sorry, but your century is up.

Let them have it because it is up to YOU to defend your faith against those who use it for their own GREED and hypocrisy. People like Shurturk who PRETEND to be Muslim but really just want to be self serving supporters of IRI. They are selling both Iran and Islam for a few silver coins.

 if you want to know the true meaning of Islam, i will explain to you in few sentences. that is all it takes,

 Islam means, don't be certain about anything other than Allah and that which he reveals to you because of you following your best of intentions. then keep acting on your best of intentions and Allah will turn your doubts to certainties and then you can take firmer steps towards him. finally after you die, he will judge how you did.  and he forgives who ever he wills.  that is it.  this is islam.  parying and fasting helps us to find our good intentions that are buried under our animal-instictive-selfserving-self.  paying zakaat helps the poor.  going to Kaba lets you know that we're all striving for the same goal so let's unite and help each other.  this is islam.  and i am not a shie so i don't believe in asking imams for stuff and crying for them.  eventhough i love muhammad, the perfection of man, more than anything and with knowing his love, i have come to know how much more i  need to love him.
