Is not the making fun of IRI that is getting boring, god knows IRI is the gold mine (just as GWB was in US) for comedian and many are making good carrier because of them. For my taste their program is sort of repetetive (no new ideas and ways) just as you hear a joke 10 times, it gets old so speak.

Look at other comedian and how they keep coming with new ways to keep the audience.

Good one Mehrdad

by pas-e-pardeh on

That is, I hope you were joking.  Were you?

It's like saying I'm getting tired of the Daily show making fun of politicians or Saturday Night Live making fun of celebrities.

IRI is the BIG elephant in the room that makes shows like parazit possible.  that's the whole idea behind the show.

Probably explains why Mrs. Kar was deemed not worthy or too controversial for the Nobel Prize unlike Mrs. Ebadi who sees Ali Shariati as a role model  ...

ROYAL CURTSY: Shirin Ebadi Greeted by Monaco's Prince Albert II at Geneva UN Panel (2008)

By the Way someone should explain to poor old Khamenei that his "Japan" Eslami Dreams may not be the most subtle wish to express so publically if I were in his shoes ...

Given the fact that Japan is a monarchy and only became a Constitutional Monarchy after an American Invasion and two Atom Bombs dropped on their heads ...

But Oh Well ... if that is what Our Great Rahbar ... the Illegitimate Prince Ali dreams of at nights ... Who am I to complain ? ...

Bavafa

Great interview

by Bavafa on

I enjoy the interviews very much but the mockery of the IRI is getting repetitive and boring. It has lost its edge for me.
