داریوش دبیر جديدآنلاين: یک پژوهشگر ایرانی- فنلاندی که در زمینۀ مردمشناسی فعالیت دارد، اخیراً تغییر عادتهای ایرانیان در زمینه نوشیدن چای را موضوع تحقیق خود قرار داده و مستندی دربارۀ آن تهیه کردهاست که "جامعۀ چای و قهوه" نام دارد. رُزماری کیوی یروی (Rose-Marie Kivijärvi)که در ایران متولد شده و سالها در این کشور زندگی کرده و اینک ساکن بریتانیاست، در این مستند نشان میدهد که نوشیدن چای در ایران چه ویژگیهایی دارد و در میان ایرانیان چه افسانهها و باورهایی در این زمینه رایج است >>> JadidOnline

But I love to get up two days a week early in the morning and drive to the local Iraqi noonwaee and get a dozen fresh taftoon from the tanoor and make some loqme with cheese driving home and have chaee,noon,kare,paneer with my entire family here. Maziar
Gone back to persian tea

After 30 years of drinking coffee I recently went back to drinking persian style tea . Colleagues at work find it amusing but what the hell I can now afford being comfortable in my persian skin!
