Nasim Pedrad

An Iranian-American Woman on SNL?

MTViggy: The late-night American comedy sketch show Saturday Night Live wasn’t joking when it signed on an Iran-born female cast member today. The show, which has cultivated such talents as Bill Murray, Mike Meyers, and Tina Fey, has hosted a rotating cast of hundreds. But an Iranian-born woman is a first! Born in Tehran, Nasim Pedrad graduated from UCLA and made her name with a one-woman show, “Me, Myself & Iran” (a riff on the less-than-stellar Me, Myself & Irene), which was featured in an HBO Comedy Festival. Awarded “Best Comedic Performance of the Year” by LA Weekly, she’s also appeared on ER and Gilmore Girls. “Me Myself & Iran” has been taken off the net, but you can still check out her supporting performance at LA’s Groundlings here in “Trash Talk” from the show “El Rancho Advanco” >>>

I hope she is as funny as Omid Jalili.  She doesn't say much in the clip.

Ghormeh, which one is she? because the only one that is funny in that clip and carries the punch lines in the stupied gossipe gathering is the one with the Red short hair and not your "iranian of the day" so what is she realy like? because your video is NOT an intruduction of her but another person!!!!
