[Netherlands Info Services: The universities of Enschede and
Eindhoven in the Netherlands are no longer admitting any students from Iran. They say they are forced to do so by the government, according to newspaper Trouw >>>FULL TEXT]
Iranian students are banned
to learn technology
that can
give them the knowledge
of nuclear science.
Discrimination?
"Noooo..." they say!
"It's just precaution"
But hey! Mr. Plasterk
The minister of education,
culture and science;
what are you teaching
my country-mates
about
humanity,
civilization and charity?
Dear Eindhoven & Twente University
You reject
innocent people of a country
to learn the essence
of progress and continuity,
just because a crazy president
let me rephrase:
a flipped government
-which I didn’t choose,
like many contemporaries in my land-
is after making a bomb.
Well YOU!
the sender of the letter
to universities and academies
who asked them
to be reserved
towards acceptance
of my land’s future’s hopes
and You,
who do
whatever is asked,
Yes, YOU
are blowing the bomb
above the heads
of these small openings of lights
the rays of hope
of trust
that one day can change
a country ruled
by vultures from hell
to a country
that it should be:
Persia;
the paradise
of freedom and democracy
Iran.

The Dutch government is wrong
by Anonym (not verified) on Tue Jan 15, 2008 03:40 AM CSTThe Dutch government will soon have to plead with the world to start using nuclear energy. Given the current global warming trend and rising sea levels, from fossil fuel consumption, Netherlands will soon be at the bottom of the north sea.
Dear Farinaz, you'd better
by David (not verified) on Sat Jan 12, 2008 02:30 PM CSTDear Farinaz, you'd better just write an article about this subject. Because what you wrote isn't really a poem, due to lack of poetics. It's neither an article, due to lack of depth and elaboration.
just look somewhere else for technology
by trusted iranian student (not verified) on Fri Jan 11, 2008 12:17 PM CSTwhat a naive statement "no iranian can be trusted.." FYI American dude; there are several Iranian scientists working in very specialized (or forbidden)technologies in USA and around the world. Also, you do not need to go to college to learn about these kinds of skills and they are available out there. What you need is the money dude..wake up...lol.my 2 cents.
I would ban Iranian students too.
by American (not verified) on Fri Jan 11, 2008 06:22 AM CSTJust look at the comments on this site. No Iranian...can be trusted. Students would take this technology home and joyfully use it against the West.
Khan stole the technology from Europe and he sold it to enemies of the West.
We have to change the way we get energy and the Iranians will have less money to try to kill.
Well Said
by MM (not verified) on Fri Jan 11, 2008 02:36 AM CSTKeep up the good work Farinaz.
(And will you pleeeaaase take that "site-e rasmi" off the top of your site?) :)
Great
by Mort Gilani on Thu Jan 10, 2008 06:54 PM CSTMr. Rajabali
I would not be surprised if the Islamic government in Iran bans the Dutch from entering Hozeh!
OK no burning, actually a good suggestion, what about a

Its a bad time to be Iranian
by Alborzi (not verified) on Thu Jan 10, 2008 02:38 PM CSTDiscrimination in school and at work is happening and its unfair, but unfortunately it has happened to bahais too. Jews Chinese and Japanese can vouch for it too. In fact Iranians are
openly discriminating against afghanis. I realized it very later in life, when this black colleague told me he gets stopped weekly when he comes to our town (we car pool).
Best revenge
by Rajabali (not verified) on Thu Jan 10, 2008 01:30 PM CSTThe best revenge would be banning Western students from attending "Hozeh eh elmeeyeh eh Qom".
An eye, for an eye!
Our fegh'h is far more valuable than your damn technology.
Please no talk of burning
by Woman (not verified) on Thu Jan 10, 2008 01:18 PM CSTPlease no talk of burning and blowing up, we already heard enough of Iranian being terrorist.
===
Farinaz, you should all stand up for this stupidity and strike back. I wonder the kind of democracy these governments preach all over the world yet they are all so barbarian. Get your peopole together and sing a letter or talk to your Dean or something.
