It's interesting how this mediocre actress has been making so much news...aaaah, an Iranian actress in exile, escaping from the claws of Iranian regime, such a courageous person to unveil herself in front of cameras, blah blah, the fact is she comes from a well-off family, has a rich husband and was living in France before coming to US. She can go back and live in Paris or anywhere else in the world if she chooses so. Do you know Hossein agha and the rest of you shallow admirers of a fake hero how many Iranian refugees and Iranians without any legal status are living throughout the world? Who's talking about them? no one! Yes, we deserve what we get!
and as for your points, every one knows that hollywood is about opportunity not necessarily talent, every serious actor and actress already knows this. Now is actually a good time for an Iranian woman to take up cliche roles of a disheartened and suppressed middle easterner who needs to taste western freedom by falling in love with an anti-terrorist character!...such colonialist thinking!!! vomit!

many many years were the stories in films from that city quite different. In earlier times a "white" woman was in africa or in other exotic "dangerous and uncivilizide" area. The natives wanted to eat her or do harm to her. Suddenly apeared the "HERO". Usually it was the man who is mentioned in the article. and HE rescued the young and very very nice and inniocent "Lady" from the hands of "Caniballs". The story was then at it end. The question: Why was that female of a bitch in that exotic country was of course irrelevant. Now I read that the films are more clearly political. Nothing can divide a nation deeper than divergence between males and females, so i mean. Of course the Film industry plays the main role by this point such as in all other points which play a role in first infaming, then governing other nations. That is the western Culture. God may save the nations from this devils. However i read other day that the Mullah-State has not experienced any harm in the case of economical desuster in which - mainly - the europians are involved. american imperialism has stil a lot of influenz in that area. But zero influenz in the Islamic Republic of Iran in in many other "undeveloped" Countries.
