I had no lectures to follow today, so I'm sitting home, studying and wondering why the Macro-Economics’ book is covering much more than what Dr. H.J.F.M. Gremmen covers in class?
Still, I think he is one of the best professor’s we have had till now. Thanks to him, every time I drink a cup of Douwe Egberts’ coffee at the university, I know how my 35cents are helping the economy of three continents.
I am taking a break right now. In which I want to write about life goes on in Tehran, written by a friend of a friend of a friend on the net:
"To show that regardless of what any president would have you imagine, despite what any media outlet would have you believe, life goes on in Tehran and elsewhere in Iran"
Still I have to do one more chapter for Macro, a whole chapter for Accounting and many assignments for mathematics. And this second block has just started. There I go again… I am worrying too much. This is A BREAK, which means “leave the thinking for after the break”.
But we all know I can’t shut my mind off. I was just wondering around the net, reading the blogs I adore.
One of them reminded me of the movie Syriana, which I saw with my movie-buddy last year. Which reminds me that I’m going to stay at my movie-buddy this weekend, and am so excited about the new movie’s he is going to introduce me…
Feeling lost at my column already?
That's exactly how life goes on in Tehran. You can't follow it, but get parts of it little by little, and at the end, just when you think you got the whole point, you get lost again.
Ok let's finish-up with this next phrase from Syriana then:
"When a country has five percent of the world’s population but spends fifty percent of the world’s military spending, that country’s persuasive power is in decline"

None of them? to read together with Iran sackos
by Faribors Maleknasri M. D. (not verified) on Tue Nov 13, 2007 11:30 AM CST- none of them CAN help Iran
- None of them want to risk even a penny nor life!
- Not correct. have you heard from farsi word: TAHA VO VA ENGHELAB? Thats it, ergo: a revolt in digestive system. similar to the white revolution of his majesty. it was also for iranian some kind of TAHAVO VA ENGHELAB, till they made their real ENGHELAB. the poeple you mean have to live with the most unpleasant feeling and they are so kind to give some of the productions of the condition to "IRANIAN". It is fine that we have the "IRANIAN".
- right.
- right.
- right.
- wrong! none of them have ever learned farsi. Anyhow agter the Sowyert Union was crashed down the russians pulled away from eastern germany. the westerns took their place. they begann to educate their eastern countrymates. they were named: the better knower. In German language sounds so: besser wessi! Now all those you have meant are better knower. the cardinal difference to their german counterparts is: the western germans took all wealch the easterns had bevor east-west- union. But our better knowers are only NOKARE BI JIRE O MAVAJEB.
Greeting

SUPPORTER OF IRI?
by Faribors Maleknasri M. D. (not verified) on Mon Nov 12, 2007 12:06 PM CSTNot knowing the details I mean: how strange. how can a fellow SUPPORT that country from such a far distance? when he is not an official from there serving in embassy or for example making handle and likewise? Writing a handfull empty words, like I do: Is that supporting IRI? The fact is: Iranians DO not need any support from westerniseds - GHARBSADEH - as nearly all iranians in western contries are. In some languages there is a speech: Help you yourself, then helps you God. the iranians in Iran have experienced this and they are practissing it. since 1978/79. It seems they want to continue doing so. Till Reasppearing of Mahdi(s). and it is good so. Greeting
Thanks for sharing these pictures

Iranian Sickos
by XerXes (not verified) on Fri Nov 09, 2007 04:41 PM CSTIranian sickos are those who can't imagine Iran a modern city, progressive people and educated crowd, and recently the Super Power of the region. Just because you are against the regime doesn't give you guys right to be against the people of Iran and their accomplishments. I don't get it. Can anyone spell Khaen? Don't like the government then fight against it. Go demonstrate or write blogs and inform the world about the Iranian human rights violations but please stop acting like bunch of stupid non Iranians who just hate to hear anything good about Iran. Even during the Shah when the socialists or any oppositions that hated the Shah would hear about the Iranian progress would've made them happy. Because they were patriotic, you guys are just unbelievable. Unbelievable. Here are my reasons:
-None of you want to help Iran in ANY POSSIBLE FORM
-None of you want to put your life in danger
-none of you want to start a revolt
-none of you want to fight for Iran
-none of you want to live in Iran (regardless of regime)
-none of you know Iran
-Most of you have forgotten to speak proper Persian
But all of you know how to solve the Iranian problems. Prescribe democracy for the people and some even go as far as saying BOMB Iran so the Mullas can go!!!!
What's wrong with the Iranian community in the US. I just don't understand Iranian American culture at ALL. God save us all.
Bomb Tehran now?
by Faribors Maleknasri M. D. (not verified) on Fri Nov 09, 2007 03:10 PM CSTMerkel urges diplomacy over Iran
Wed, 07 Nov 2007 22:08:41
German Chancellor Angela Merkel
The German Chancellor says she will urge the US president to find a diplomatic solution to Iran's nuclear standoff with the West.
"I want a diplomatic solution and I will make every effort to achieve it. I am sure that the US president will lend me his ear," Angela Merkel said in an interview with the Berliner Zeitung newspaper.
Merkel said if further sanctions were needed to exert pressure on Tehran, Russia and China will have to agree on them as well.
"If the current talks are not successful, then Germany will also be willing to implement further, tougher sanctions," she added.
Merkel is scheduled to arrive in Texas on Friday for talks with Bush.
Tehran has repeatedly stressed that its nuclear program is aimed at peaceful purposes but the United States and its Western allies are pushing for a third package of UN sanctions against the country.
AND WHY urges she so? because AS TARSSE KUNESHAN, believe me. For many years they yearned "Bomb bomb iran" and thought this wowing and yelling will work. they, I mean these devils, can not understand that he/she who believes in God do not care about a yelling dog not even about a grunting swine or pig. they mean - but they themselves do not take it as truth - it is China or Russia who "help" iran. because: No other nation in the world should realise which power the Unitiy donates to a nation. Greeting
BOMB TEHRAN::::::::::::
by Faribors Maleknasri M. D. (not verified) on Fri Nov 09, 2007 02:57 PM CSTbevore it is too late? when can it be too late? and is late not better than never? I think we can be sure the ones who mean they could ever bomb iran do not need such an unpaid adviser as me. and I think they do not bomb iran AS TARSSE KUNESHAN. Mission is impossible. Dont worry be happy. Greeting.
when was the .................
by Faribors Maleknasri M. D. (not verified) on Fri Nov 09, 2007 02:52 PM CSTyes in iran is not alaud to broadcast everything, "Iranian" is blocked. everybody knowes it. so he is protected to do an illegal action. In many western countries nothing is sacred, every body can say, write and speak out per fon whatever he wants and all these activites get registered and kept at least for 6 months and guess who has to "help" the administration on his/her own cost? right! the provider! any handy conection any eMail any contact per normal fon gets registered. the "positive urpose" is to defeat terririsem. of course likewise how terrorisem is "defeated" in Irak and in afghanistan and elsewhere. Non of those 70 Million "fanatic mullahs" living in iran and defending the country is interested to see to read to hear ugly things about his/ her sacres. I think it must be the reason why "iranian" as well as childporno, naked body of humenbeings in repulsive poses and so on are blocked in Iran. they have other lows in their country. they expect respect not only from strangers. Greetingy

Germany calls Dejagah to U-21 squad
Fri, 09 Nov 2007 18:32:49
Ashkan Dejagah
Germany's soccer federation calls up the Iranian-born Ashkan Dejagah, who refused to play Israel, for the upcoming qualifying matches.
The federation said Friday Dejagah is to play in the upcoming fixtures against Iceland and Luxembourg in November.
The VFL Wolfsburg midfielder had announced on October 8th that he would not accompany Germany's under-21 national soccer team to Tel Aviv, due to his respect for his homeland.
"I have more Iranian than German blood in my veins," the 20-year-old player said.
Dejagah's decision sparked an outcry in Germany, where the Jewish communities demanded his withdrawal from the German squad.
However, the German federation and Dejagah's coach at Wolfsburg club, Felix Magath, accepted his 'personal reasons'.
the champion is hated since he did not go to occupide palestine, but the mony that he brings does stink! Greetings

This means that you are a regime supporter and enjoy the change of policy that the Bush admin has adopted. What a sorry ass you must be to cheer the marriage of Ahmadinejad and Bush.

It doesn't take a genius to understand it but...who cares anyway
by Farinaz Aryanfar on Fri Nov 09, 2007 09:25 AM CSTYou guys... You didn't get the article did you...?
Well I don't expect anyone to understand it, nor do I expect anyone to understand my Tehran.
the part's in "..." are quotes. The first one is something I try to build my article on and the second is a conclusion. (being in denial)
My point was to elaborate this friend's quote, in this article by showing HOW life goes on. We all DO know that life goes on, as this friend tries to explain in her blog by some pictures. What I tried to say is that like the way my article goes on: "Life in Tehran goes on in a messy way."
Aaah, forget it. To understand Tehran you have to understand more than just words... it's more in the construction...
