What does it serve for so many Iranians to post comments on the Internet with 4-letter words insulting Iran’s President and other officials and one another? Would it not be better if those who post such comments instead offer something that would help the young readers who have no idea what goes on in their country? Be a guiding light for so many politically illiterate Iranians that many of them even with a higher education have no idea about true political history of Iran let alone America.
Many have complained about the fact that in his September 24, 2007 interview at the Columbia University the Iranian President did not admit that there are homosexuals in Iran and they took that as a sign of his dishonesty! Well let me ask you this: Are you on medicinal marijuana or just naturally melancholic? Do you expect him as a devout Muslim to come and admit that he is running a country with homosexuals in it? Then what would be the next question, “Mr. President, have you ever personally been involved with any homosexual activities?”
This is not the way to defend the Iranian national sovereignty or to offer a political analysis by criticizing the head of a Muslim country to come to the land of anal freedom and expect him to satisfy a fucking reporter who gives no shit about you as an Iranian and his mission is only to squeeze and demoralize the representatives of your country with questions about Holocaust and anal intercourse and freedom of blow jobs! Are those what you think are the pillars of freedom just like the Greeks did? But look at the Greeks today and laugh at history and cry at yourself.
Why don’t you place yourself in his position, just like you put yourself in a Jewish politicians shoes or a Christian one. Or if you had asked Adolph Hitler “are you killing the Jews” would he have to answer you just because you represent Fox News? Fuck NO! Who the hell told you that Iran’s President has to be candid with any and all questions asked? In particular in a land that its Senator(s) are found in airport public restrooms soliciting sex! Get hold of your emotions and think before you post 4-letter words just out of blue sky. Offer logic before you cuss, curse and insult.
Do you think Iran is San Francisco and Ahmadi-Nejad is SF’s mayor to come and in order to protect his next election and voters’ support to dance into homosexuals’ fiddle? Well if this is the level of your mentality then my reply to you is a big “BEELLAKH”
What have you learned in this country other than smoking pot and drinking beer and hoping to find a piece of ass here and there and cheat insurance companies and borrow money and not return? Do you think the day that United States attacks Iran the Homeland Security will come and give an honorary degree to those who insulted Ahmadi-Nejad? NO! In reality all of us will be under surveillance, all of us will be questioned and all of our Green Cards and Citizenship documents will be on the line! Because the subject of world dominance and greed for oil is far more important than our oath of allegiance to one government or the other.
So, stop bringing yourself to a low degree of kissing Alexander soldier’s feet, stand up like an Iranian and listen to what your elected or unelected President has to say just like you listened to George Bush’s words of wisdom. If you can’t have this much tolerance then who gives you the right to claim to be an Iranian or American? And when the reckoning day comes it might be here or it might be in Iran but either way us as citizens caught in the purgatory might have to very well bend over and tolerate the inquisition from those whom we falsely support or not support. So yes and true that you are in the “land of milk and honey” but be careful because those might be mere lubricants to get confessions out of you and not part of your daily nutrition chart.
If you and I and others want to take our country back on the rail, we should stop our false feelings of supremacy to the entire world and understand that we are no better than any other nation and we are no worse. If you want to help your country then stop and listen and see if you can offer something positive as a solution instead of attacking Arabs, Muslims, Jews and all the other people who although once were your adversaries but might no longer be an enemy the way you interpret.
If you can not offer anything positive then just pause and listen, there is a virtue in silence and whoever said "the beauty of the music is in the silence in between the notes."

My Response to a few
by Jeesh Daram on Wed Sep 26, 2007 02:11 AM CDTFraramarz Fateh:
Relax I am not on IRI payroll, the last time I visited Iran you most likely were not even born. However, I am proud to say at least in my youth back there I did serve my country well and if you see my past writings I am not pro-IRI but I am pro a united Iran and an avid anti-British. All minorities in Iran are on the same boat. In Iran more heterosexuals are being killed than gays are, so I am not going to shed tears for gays and lesbians and how come no one talks and supports heterosexuals (smile)? Your freedom is respected but perhaps you should mix some guidance with your 4-letter words. I have read some of your other comments too. Thanks
Tsinoizitha:
Thanks for your feedback as I was hoping someone offer some guidance and what your wrote is precisely clear -"our unity"
Omid Entezar:
Thanks for the sense of humor, I enjoyed reading your thoughts.
To answer Jeesh's questions
by Omid Entezar (not verified) on Tue Sep 25, 2007 11:28 PM CDTTo answer your first question, it severs me in this way: up to now I have been scared shitless to express my opinion about the Iranian government openly for the fear of persecution. So, I waited about thirty years and wolla here comes the internet and opportunity to call the leaders of IRI all the nasty names I can find suitable for them without being caught and punished, and I am loving it and I think most Iranians would love it too if they are given the opportunity to do so. That’s why IRI puts so much restriction on access to the Web.
To answer your second question, no it wouldn’t. If the young readers have no idea what goes on in their country they should not bother reading this stuff because it is a complete waste of their time because they will not get any entertainment out of it this way, unless they already have some background information, and if they have no idea what goes on then I say don’t waste your time.
Your third question, Are you on medicinal marijuana or just naturally melancholic? I am on illegal marijuana. By the way, you forgot to include alcohol.
The answer to the next question about me expecting a devout Muslim to be honest is yes.
I lost count of the questions; here it is “Mr. President, have you ever personally been involved with any homosexual activities?” Yes, except it’s like the activity in question was more involve with me.
Next Q, Are those what you think are the pillars of freedom just like the Greeks did? No, but I think their pillars are to lie for religious, political and personal gain and marry girls younger than your grand daughter.
Why don’t you place yourself in his position? Because I am a decent man.
Who the hell told you that Iran’s President has to be candid with any and all questions asked? Candid is one thing, stupid is another: there is no Holocaust, there are no political prisoners, there are no homosexuals, there are no women, I saw halo, and everybody choked at the UN when I spoke!
Do you think Iran is San Francisco and Ahmadinejad is SF’s mayor? No, but he was mayor of Tehran for a while and as such he must have noticed that there are homosexuals, prostitutes, drug addicts, etc. in that town.
What have you learned in this country other than smoking pot and drinking beer and hoping to find a piece of ass here and there and cheat insurance companies and borrow money and not return it?
I have learned that I have allergenic reaction to yeast in beer and other alcoholic beverages otherwise I would drink day and night. Hence I smoke pot because I am not in Iran to smoke opium. If I was a mullah in Iran I would most likely be looking for a piece of ass on daily bases, and take bribes all day.
Do you think the day that United States attacks Iran the Homeland Security will come and give an honorary degree to those who insulted Ahmadinejad? No! But I don’t think they come after “ALL OF US”, only the ones they deem to be enemies.
Who gives you the right to claim to be an Iranian or American? You got me thinking there, I don’t know who it is, but I know who it is NOT. It is definitely not IRI or Bush administration.
A piece of virtue for yourself if you are silent like a lamb, you’ll be slaughtered like a lamb.
By the way I enjoyed your early writtings very much. What happened to you?
I agree ... but ...
by tsinoizitna on Tue Sep 25, 2007 09:18 PM CDTI agree with what you wrote, but at the same time you did not provide a solution. I say we Iranians must UNITE. Unity is what's missing, and that's been the case for years. While we, individually, have been so successful in the US and Europe (level of education, wealth, etc), as a group, as a nationality, as an ethnicity, we are no where. Our jews would rather save israel, our bahai's are seeking retribution over and over, our muslims are trying to find ways to maintain/abuse power, and more and more. We need to unite. We need to realize that sovereignty of Iran is beneficial for ALL different religious or political groups. We need to realize that bombing of Iran hurts everyone. This radical mullah regime has done one right thing, and that is the strengthening of our military. I say that not to endorse an aggressive move by Iran. I say that because in order for a democracy to survive and not fall into the hands of the US, it needs to stand on its own. What I'm saying is that once we unite and over-throw this radical govt of Iran via an internal IRANIAN revolution, we'll be fine and we won't have to go begging to the US. UNITY is key. And unity is attainable through simple common beliefs and goals - sovereignty of our nation and freedom for our people.
What are you trying to
by Anonymousq (not verified) on Tue Sep 25, 2007 05:23 PM CDTWhat are you trying to convey here? This sounds more an incoherent rant. What is your proposition or solution here. Please enlighten us.
The truth
by Maryam Galaderberg (not verified) on Tue Sep 25, 2007 03:31 PM CDTI do not see anything funny about Ahmadinejad's comment about homos in Iran. He is telling the truth. There are no homos in Iran because they kill them.
And if we have freedom of speech, then Jeesh Daram has every right to pee.
It was not fair
by alborzi (not verified) on Tue Sep 25, 2007 02:12 PM CDTI am not an apologist for Ahmadinejad, but it seemed the questions were too biased. The introduction was insulting and
generally it seems everyone has made up their mind that he is the devil himself. The coverage next day is/was totally irrelevant of what was said at Coulumbia. It seems at least the neocons have made up their mind.

You are more of a moron than I originally thought!
by Faramarz_Fateh on Tue Sep 25, 2007 02:04 PM CDTHow much is your monthly stipend from IRI ?
Why would anyone in his/her right mind defend the monkey?
Granted Bush is just as much as of an asswipe as the monkey, and there is no room in a sane civil world for the likes of either of them.
I speak against Bush any chance I get and I do the same, including use of 4 letter words, for the monkey.
Free speech you moron. Don't tell me or anyone else what to say or write.
Islamic Chutzpah
by Fred (not verified) on Tue Sep 25, 2007 02:03 PM CDTThis sermon coming from someone with the pen name “jeesh daram”, I have/need to pee, is certainly rich. Then again he is defending someone with the same type of Chutzpa
