The flux

The flux

I had it

by Sasan Seifikar

What is happiness?

It is something

I hardly notice

Even when I am

Completely at ease

Everything is flowing

Softly and gently

Until the moment

It is all over

Once I am troubled

I feel a privation

This reminds me:

Happiness has vanished

Then I realize:

I had it but I failed

To hold it fast
