* Iran vice-president hails nuclear ties with Russia, (Reuters) -
Iran's Vice-President Gholamreza Aghazadeh hailed his country's nuclear
ties with Russia on Friday but said a joint project to build an atomic
power station had fallen behind schedule. ``The links between Iran and
Russia in every field are deep and serious, including our cooperation in
the area of peaceful use of nuclear power,'' Itar-Tass news agency quoted
him as saying during a visit to Russia's second city of St Petersburg...
