* Iran committed to OPEC's production cut, Kazempour says, (IRNA)
- Member of iranian delegation to the organization of petroleum exporting
countries (opec) hossein kazempour ardebili said on thursday iran is fully
committed to opec's production cut. in an interview with irna over the
report carried by the middle east economic survey (mees) on iranian crude
oil production in april, kazem-pour said the opec meeting in jakarta last
year raised iran's quota to 3.942 million barrels per day (bpd) from 3.6
bpd from january 1 and iran gradually increased production so it reached
the quota level coincindent with the opec's emergency meeting in vienna

* Mobil chairman says proposed Iran oil swaps may help U.S., (Reuters)
- The chairman of Mobil Corp.(MOB.N) said Thursday his company's proposed
plan to swap oil shipments with Iran could open the door for the Clinton
administration to improve relations with the Middle Eastern country's new
government. In early April. Mobil filed a request with the U.S. Treasury
Department to ship crude to northern Iran from the company's nearby oil
fields in the region and swap it for Iranian oil that would be shipped

* Dependency on oil revenues more than predicted, (IRNA) - The
government's dependency on oil revenues was more than 40 percent as predicted
in the last year's budget, said the director general in charge of treasury
at the ministry of economy and finance yahya aghalu here tuesday. speaking
at the fifth gathering to review the financial issues of the country's
regional water organizations, aghalu said that a large portion of the country's
