Islamic regime's Interests Section is planning a gathering under the name
of "Convention of Muslim Students" in Dallas, Texas, on Dec.

and cover this peaceful demonstration on Thursday December 28 between the
hours of 5:00-7:00 p.m. and again on Saturday 30th between the hours of

Channel 4 News in Britain is making a short film about the Iranian pop
star Googoosh and her London concert at Wembley Arena on Jan 6th 2001.
The film-makers are interested in interviewing a small number of her

(Houston, TX -- December 1, 2000) This coming New Year season, Houston
will host the Zoroastrian religion's largest world gathering: The Seventh
World Zoroastrian Congress, from December 28, 2000 to January 1, 2001.
Over 2,000 scholars, artists, athletes, and participants from the U.S.
and around the world will convene at Houston's JW Marriott hotel.
* Helping refugees in the Washington area
When I took on heading the project of supporting the Iranian refugees
in the Washington area, it was because no one else volunteered. The next
day it hit me how perfect our decision was to support this group as an
immediate project. I talked with Paul Johnson, a very active volunteer
and Sonia LaFountain, volunteer coordinator/ resource developer with IRC
(International Rescue Committee which was founded by Albert Einstein in
