Russia, Iran discuss global security, arms control

MOSCOW, Dec 15 (AFP) - A group of Russian diplomats were returning to Moscow from Tehran overnight after talks on global and regional security, Russia's foreign ministry said. Iran allows organ transplant from dead, brain dead

TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran's constitutional oversight body, the Guardian Council, said it would allow organ transplants from dead and brain-dead people under certain conditions, newspapers reported on Monday.
