to shake hands with the Shah of Iran (saluting) on the
occasion of Churchill's 69th birthday
at the close of the Tripartite Conference at Tehran (EUREKA)
on 30th November 1943. The
person on the left is Ali Soheily, serving his second
term as Prime Minister. After the war he was Persian ambassador
