    TEHRAN, IRAN, 9-DEC-1998: This undated file photo shows 57-year-old Iranian Mohammad Mokhtari, a human rights activist and writer, who was confirmed dead December 9, one week after family members had notified police of his disappearance. Mokhtari's body was found in Shar-e-Ray, south of Tehran, in a suspect state, with injuries to the neck. Read Reuters report
