Friday night my wife and I and a friend were having dinner at Alborz restaurant in Berkeley when the waiter came by our table and offered a bottle of fine wine, compliments of one of the customers. Who and why would anyone do that? None of us had experienced anything like this. The waiter pointed at the customer and I saw a friendly face -- an iranian.com fan I had met recently.
