Parastoo Cultural and Artistic Organization's Norooz Festival in Dallas, Texas on March 19, 2006: The first picture showing three men standing: The gentleman in dark suit (right) is Mahmoud Okhovatian who is the publisher of Parastoo Magazine and the organizer of the annual Norooz Festival. The person in the middle is Shane Koohi. He is a community activist and always ready to help and assist people in the community. He has also been active in fundraisings that helped the Bam earthquake victims.
