Here are few pictures
of the way I make Dizi :))
Since I love Abgoosht, I brought Dizi pots from Iran with
me from my last trip. And I learned that they used to make Dizi
in
the tanoor.
So here it is my version of Old Fashioned Dizi. A little compromise
and my fireplace did the job! I hope you like them. (Dar zemn Jaton
