More than 5,000 people attended Delaksh's memorial service on
her grave in Emamzadeh Taher in Karaj on September 11 [See: Denying
Delkash]. Many former celebs were among the mourners.
I saw Pouri Banaie, Pari
Ghaffari,
Anoushirvan
Rohani, Irene, Vahdat, Aminollah Rashidian, Moieni Kermanshahi,
Navab Safa,
Ghassem Jebelli, and many others. Nobody recited the Koran. Instead
together mourners sang Delkash's
songs like BE KENARAM BENSHIN,
BORDI
AZ
YAADAM & TANHAA MAANDAM.
