Sheikh Safi Mosque in Ardabil, northeastern Iran, is under extensive restoration. Unfortunately, without a flash (not allowed inside) I didn't get any decent pictures. The Safavi architecture and artifacts are as beautiful as the ones you see in Isfahan..Next>>>
