Hard-line students chant slogans in a protest against what they
see as Iran giving ground on the nuclear issue outside the Saadabad
Palace where three European foreign ministers held meetings with
Iranian President Mohammad Khatami and other top officials in Tehran,
Iran, Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2003. Iran will suspend uranium enrichment
and allow spot checks of its nuclear program, as sought by the
U.N. nuclear watchdog agency, a senior Iranian official said Tuesday.
