The Iranian Trade Association, along with our host, the Washington International Trade Association present the First Quarterly U.S.-Iran Business Council Forum: " The Process of Engagement" Wednesday, February 3, 1999 8:00-10:00 a.m. in Washington, DC.

What does the future hold for U.S.-Iran trade relations? Can economic engagement precede political engagement? If so, when, how and by what mechanism? What are some possible options or solutions to U.S.-Iran relations? What are the U.S.-Iran advocacy, policy and legislative priorities for 1999? Please join us on Wednesday morning, February 3, for a discussion of these and other issues.

Our panelists include: Congressman Robert Ney (R - OH); Rodney MacAlister, Conoco, USA Engage; Bahman Baktiari, University of Maine; Gene Crocker, World Alabama Business; Stuart Mackintosh, James Orr Associates

Registration Fee: $10.00 for WITA members who are U.S. gov't employees, full-time students, or unemployed $20.00 for all other WITA and ITA members $35.00 for all non-members
