I
paid

it
with
loss
of
Tao
complete
silence
and
pale
violets
clinging
to
a
bare
cliff
heedless
I
raised
my
head
and
howled

Fallen
leaves
where
I
waited
for
him
to help
me
cross
the
broken
pathway
