I wander

February 2, 2007
iranian.com

I wander this world sans abri (homeless)
Walk endless hours sans chaussures (barefoot)
And even though sans argent (penniless)
I feel quite sans ça (otherwise)

A wanderer's life might seem sans but (aimless)
But a wanderer knows better, sans doute (no doubt)
Though some might think it's sans soin (careless)
To be detached and sans parti (independent)

But even freedom is hard sometimes, sans le savoir (unknowingly)
When others aren't free as you, sans quoi (otherwise)
You can only wander free, sans plus (that's it, no more than that)
If others just let you be sans souci (carefree)

Because freedom is not just yours, sans mal (without any difficulty)
But for others to agree upon sans cesse (continuously)
As a wanderer I like to say, sans oublier (last, but not least)
No matter how hard, I will proceed, sans attendre (without delay)
