Unfortunatly, the poet Loiq Sherali has passed away a couple of years ago. I used latin alphabet used in Tajikistan in the 30''s before cyrilic was adapted. -- Parviz

Dar oghushi jahon dar hasrati oghoush megardem.

Agar isyon kunem, ofoq metarkad ba rui mo,
Daruni sina toufonhovu khud khomush megardem.

Nadonista base rashki saru somoni mo dorand,
Daruni dil khazonrezastu khud gulpoush megardem.

Gahe behushu gohe besarupo budaem, ammo
Zi sar to nokhuni po chashmu gushu hush megardem.

Ba chami oqilon - oqil, ba chashmi johilon - johil,
Ba chashmi khesh hamchun chashmai purjoush megardem.
