I'd like to submit my poem (dedicated to Farzad, my dear friend) as a comment to his story "His name is Ali".

Written with my tears,
Sent via the breeze,
Letter of my heart,
To dear Farzad.

No joy today,
No word to say,
No light to see,
No help to be.

I feel the pain,
Where is the rain?
To wash the tears,
To fade the sears.

The sky is gray,
How can I just pray?
But the god is above,
And the soul is alive...

Yes. Friends are around,
Let the heart get the sound,
And Ali will remain,
On the mind of the sane...
