Condolences
to our (Iraqi) Judiciary Chief
Condolence message for Iran's Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Mahmoud
Shahroudi printed in Hamshahri newspaper (May 7, 2003)
on the exceution of three of his brothers in "Saddam's terrifying
prison". Shahroudi's judiciary has been widely condemned by
human rights organizations for imprisoning the Islamic Republic's
critics. But on the street, people have always asked, "Why
is an Iraqi running our judiciary anyway?"
